I play hockey for a local club and coming up to our first league game I pulled a muscle in my buttock so couldn’t bend down to play I was so disappointed. I went to see Tracey for theraplate therapy and a sports massage which I have to admit was painful BUT it worked I walked out of there the pain had gone and I went on to play in the game. So grateful and thanks to Tracey she is amazing !
